1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Retail Orders: Rice and coffee bags usually ship within 48 hours.
  • Wholesale Orders: Bulk coffee bean pallets require 5-7 business days for processing and freight scheduling.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your retail order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

Wholesale Freight: For bulk coffee pallet orders, shipping rates are quoted separately. Please contact our logistics team to receive a custom freight estimate for your commercial location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the United States. For international wholesale inquiries, please reach out to our team directly so we can discuss customs, duties, and taxes specific to your region.

5. Damages

Apsara Gold Label is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
